Junior Software Engineer

Location: Remote from Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil

What you will do

• Work with senior engineers to design, build, and maintain backend systems powering the platform.
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain software quality.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to take ideas from concept to production.
• Learn new tools and technologies while gradually taking on greater ownership.

Requirements

• Typically 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience; internships and projects count.
• Solid programming fundamentals and familiarity with at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.
• Curiosity and a desire to understand how complex systems fit together.
• Eagerness to learn from others and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
