Location: Hybrid in Hoboken, New Jersey, USA; 2 days working from the office and 3 days remotely each week.

What you will do

• Support Corporate Services and Vertical Markets by developing and implementing HR plans aligned with strategic business initiatives.
• Advise leadership teams, influence strategic decisions, provide executive coaching, and support leadership development.
• Lead organizational design, change management, policy implementation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Drive talent assessment, succession planning, compensation planning, performance management, talent reviews, and reward and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to deliver HR programs and services.
• Use data and analytics to monitor performance, engagement, attrition, diversity, and overall organizational health.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Experience preferably within a technology-driven and/or global organization supporting Sales functions.
• Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
• Proven success leading strategic HR initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable HR plans.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High self-sufficiency, adaptability, and confidence.
