Technical Trainer II (Digital Risk Protection)

What you will do

• Deliver live and virtual technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams using approved Digital Risk Protection content and learning objectives.
• Customize examples, demonstrations, activities, and delivery approaches for different audiences, skill levels, cultures, and regional needs.
• Explain Digital Risk Protection concepts, workflows, use cases, and operational processes, and demonstrate external threat discovery, validation, monitoring, disruption, and reporting workflows using hirify.global and Axur capabilities.
• Assess learner understanding through discussions, demonstrations, exercises, labs, quizzes, and other appropriate methods.
• Collect, analyze, and report learner feedback, attendance, assessment results, and training effectiveness metrics.
• Collaborate with Education, Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to improve courses and learning experiences; use analytics, automation, and approved AI-assisted tools to improve preparation and outcomes.

Requirements

• Typically 3–5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience delivering technical, cybersecurity, software, or product training to customers, partners, employees, or other professional audiences.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, external threat intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, brand protection, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or credential exposure.
• Proficiency with technical presentation, virtual delivery, collaboration, and learning tools, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and an LMS.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, learner engagement techniques, and methods for evaluating knowledge and training effectiveness.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English and Portuguese.
• Experience using data, feedback, or reporting to improve training content and delivery.
• Familiarity with generative AI and automation tools for productivity, content development, analytics, or decision support, with the judgment to validate outputs and use them responsibly.

Hiring process

• Within one year, contribute to course updates, demonstrations, labs, assessments, facilitator resources, and the expansion of Digital Risk Protection enablement.
