Senior Recruiter (B2B SaaS)

Location: Remote opportunities across Canada and the USA; main office in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Periodic travel for team and recruiting events.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM and R&D, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define successful profiles, calibrate expectations, and develop hiring strategies.
• Manage multiple searches with clear priorities, strong organization, and consistent follow-through.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve recruiting processes, and maintain hiring momentum for candidates and stakeholders.
• Run structured assessments and use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring GTM talent in B2B SaaS.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including comfort navigating technical roles.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing competing hiring priorities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence hiring decisions, and provide constructive pushback.
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.
