Medical Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and medical roles in Germany, including physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, medical technical assistants, and clinical operations positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks, and events.
• Own the candidate experience from initial contact through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Ashby and align information with Workday.
• Track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes using data.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to deliver hiring plans.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including a track record of hiring healthcare professionals in Germany.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume or multi-site environments and hiring talent from strong companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organisations.
• Strong proactive sourcing, research, communication, and candidate-management skills.
• Working knowledge of German clinical licensing and credentialing, including Approbation, Berufserlaubnis, and recognition of foreign qualifications.
• Fluent German and English.
• Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, outreach, administration, and decision-making.
