What you will do

• Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and the end-to-end product lifecycle using market research and client and advisor insights.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences and seamless customer journeys.
• Partner with Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Use user research, analysis, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features, define requirements, and manage agile delivery from concept through launch.
• Build stakeholder alignment, communicate roadmaps, support client engagements, and develop ROI-driven business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile product-development environment, ideally including major new product launches in a commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of financial services and wealth management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Proven ability to align senior business stakeholders and global teams.
• Passion for solving customer problems and delivering intuitive, user-centric product experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, API-driven architecture, and scalable data models.
