Sr. Manager, Product Lifecycle Management and Commercialization (Fintech)

Location: US - Miami, FL; hybrid position with office attendance determined by the Hiring Manager. The role requires 5-10% travel and is performed in an office setting.

Salary: $127,300-$204,100 USD per year, potentially including sales incentive payments; bonus and equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Manage the regional Product Lifecycle Management process for new products and enhancements launched in the LAC region.
• Provide regional market insights, client feedback, competitive intelligence, and commercialization recommendations to Global Product organizations.
• Lead commercialization governance, launch readiness reviews, and Go, Conditional Go, or No-Go recommendations across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Client Services, Marketing, and Sales.
• Support regional go-to-market strategy execution, including pricing, sales enablement, operational readiness, marketing, and hirify.global Business News activities.
• Evaluate and prioritize regional technology requests and product enhancements while tracking portfolio progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Improve PLM and commercialization processes through governance standards, reporting mechanisms, training, tools, best practices, AI, and automation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product lifecycle management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Jira Align and project management tools.

Nice to have

• At least 9 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 7 years with an advanced degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Product Management, Scrum Master, or PMP certification.
