TL;DR
Senior Platform Engineer (AI): Building and extending an internal AI-native platform with an accent on Python backend services, AWS infrastructure, and GenAI/agentic tooling on AWS Bedrock. Focus on designing RAG and tool-calling agents, contributing to React/Vite interfaces, and optimizing cloud-native applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
Location: Argentina; 100% remote. Current legal authorization to work in Argentina is required; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Design and implement backend services using Python and Terraform.
- Build and extend GenAI and agentic solutions, including RAG, tool-calling agents, and evaluation loops, on AWS Bedrock.
- Contribute to React/Vite frontend interfaces for internal tools and platforms.
- Optimize and maintain cloud-native applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to develop tools that improve process efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
- Enhance services in alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing Generative AI solutions, including at least one simple AI-powered feature or application built end-to-end, and practical comfort with the AI SDLC.
- Proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Experience deploying and managing services in a cloud-native environment.
- Experience developing frontend interfaces with React and Vite.
- Current legal authorization to work in Argentina.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI/ML model integration and AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with Rust.
- Understanding of business processes related to process optimization and SG&A efficiency.
