Civil Engineer

Location: Boise, Idaho, USA; office work combined with time in the field and job-site observations.

Salary: $30–$40 per hour; hourly, full-time, exempt role.

What you will do

• Support civil design and plan review for construction projects, including prioritizing requirements and tracking updates.
• Produce and refine design deliverables using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Assist with site observations, document field progress, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Review plan sets, organize priorities, prepare CAD updates, and maintain current project information.
• Compile project documentation and participate in meetings with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Help resolve issues and keep construction and design decisions aligned with project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program.
• Working knowledge of CAD, including AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Comfort analyzing data.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
