Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Work directly with the co-founder and CEO to define, refine, and own product direction.
• Develop intuitive product flows that reduce cognitive load and eliminate user error.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to create seamless, intentional UX.
• Prioritize simplicity and clarity across product language, layout, and interactions.
• Analyze user behavior, identify friction, and anticipate points of confusion before they cause problems.
• Translate high-level goals into product specifications and flows, own the roadmap, and drive progress on core product quality.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of shipping clean, simple, high-clarity user experiences.
• Deep intuition for UX and user behavior, including the ability to anticipate where users get confused.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to give and receive direct feedback.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and initiative.
• Experience working with early-stage teams or fast-paced startups.
