Purchase to Pay - Senior Manager

What you will do

• Design, implement, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end procure-to-pay workflows, including procurement policies, approval matrices, controls, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, three-way matching, invoicing, and payments.
• Manage supplier performance, onboarding, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, strategic relationships, contract terms, pricing, SLAs, and third-party risk management.
• Establish financial controls covering segregation of duties, authorization limits, audit trails, GAAP/IFRS compliance, documentation, audits, and board reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable operations, payment scheduling, aged payables, supplier disputes, financial reporting, and reconciliations to the general ledger.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP, procurement, payment, reporting, and P2P automation systems, including supplier and financial master data governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing P2P team, analyze spend and supplier performance, track KPIs, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support forecasting and cash flow planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in purchase to pay, procurement operations, or accounts payable management.
• Proven experience leading and scaling P2P operations in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience with process design, automation, and system optimization.
• Deep understanding of P2P controls, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience managing both transactional teams and strategic vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to implement ERP systems or major process changes successfully.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Experience with procurement platforms, payment solutions, and P2P automation tools.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with Tableau or Power BI, and working knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
