Frontend Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Build and improve consumer onboarding journeys used by thousands of customers.
• Develop user-focused frontend experiences for energy customers.
• Own the development lifecycle from requests and requirements gathering through technical proposals, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, data, developers, and other teams.
• Contribute to strengthening the technology stack and influencing technical direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with the stated frontend stack.
• Ability to take problems rather than strict guidelines and develop strong solutions.
• Confidence owning the complete development cycle, including requirements gathering, technical execution, deployment, and monitoring.
• Confidence tackling large-scale tasks independently.
• Empathetic approach to delegating work and collaborating with others.
• Ability to develop websites that meet strong accessibility guidelines.
• Experience building scalable, performant websites that handle high levels of traffic.
• Experience with React and React Testing Library; experience with Playwright.

• TypeScript.
