Product Manager - VirGeo Insights

Location: Nootdorp, Netherlands, with the opportunity to work from home in accordance with the manager and corporate policies; occasional international travel is required.

Gross monthly salary: €6,100–€7,700, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Own the objectives, roadmap, and backlog for the VirGeo Insights domain, with clear priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the evolution and consolidation of insight capabilities into a single platform vision.
• Decide what should be built, enhanced, consolidated, or retired based on customer needs, business value, product strategy, and performance data.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, and the wider software community throughout discovery, validation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Engage customers, users, and operational experts to identify problems and translate opportunities into scalable product solutions.
• Support adoption, pilots, product positioning, customer engagements, and go-to-market initiatives while fostering collaboration and predictable delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product, platform, or product portfolio.
• Experience defining product plans, managing roadmaps, and delivering outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Ability to connect people, align priorities, and build relationships across teams, functions, and seniority levels.
• Strong business acumen and sufficient technical understanding to engage with engineering teams on platform, architecture, and delivery decisions.
• Experience using customer insights, experimentation, and data to validate assumptions and make product decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in environments where collaboration, influence, and stakeholder management are central to product delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in offshore, marine, geospatial, or other data-intensive industries.
