What you will do

• Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, dependencies, resources, assignments, and team development.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, delivery progress, and project documentation.
• Clarify and document business and technical requirements with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate software development, remove delivery blockers, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment.
• Apply current software development and AI practices to improve project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain.
• Understanding of modern software development and AI practices.
• Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and customers.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Human-oriented approach to team and people management and a customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes.
• Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including experience working in a multinational environment.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java or cloud-based projects.
