Project Manager (Embedded Systems)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to meet delivery timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Build customer relationships, act as a trusted delivery partner, and support account growth through proactive communication.
• Tailor project management approaches and delivery models to customer and project needs.
• Manage project portfolios, identify risks, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication.
• Lead multicultural, cross-functional teams and handle hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention.
• Drive process improvement, delivery best practices, and AI adoption across applicable projects.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven risk management and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams.
• Practical experience driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices in projects.
• Ability to manage multiple streams and priorities simultaneously.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Strong ownership, proactive behavior, strategic and analytical thinking, adaptability, flexibility, organization, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing embedded software or hardware-related projects.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications.
