Junior Instructional Designer

Location: Remote; US-based W2 employment. Contract length: 12 months.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and revise instructional content for Claims employees across Auto, Property, Injury, and Care Center operations.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, self-paced digital learning, simulations, scenario-based learning, and performance support materials.
• Develop interactive training content using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, as well as Adobe and multimedia tools.
• Manage curriculum revisions from intake through publishing, prioritize assignments according to Service Level Objectives, business needs, and organizational priorities, and track progress in project management software including JWM.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, conduct assessments and analysis, and recommend appropriate training methods.
• Ensure learning materials are accurate, aligned with business processes and compliance requirements, and supported by clear documentation and progress updates.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with instructional design strategies.
• At least 1 year of experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Knowledge of Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Knowledge of Adobe products, including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and project management software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize assignments, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Stable internet connection and availability to work 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
