Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting

Location: Remote Spain; other listed location: Remote UK. Most roles can be performed from almost anywhere within the country of employment, with occasional in-person work potentially required and in-person onboarding for new hires.

Spain base pay: €86,000–€122,000 per year, plus potential monthly health, wellness, and technology stipends, benefits, and equity rewards.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team of recruiters.
• Own the EMEA recruiting strategy and align regional hiring plans with business priorities and international growth.
• Partner with technical and cross-functional leaders to create scalable hiring strategies across teams and geographies.
• Use recruiting data, analytics, and market insights to influence Director- and VP-level decisions, identify trends, improve funnel performance, and forecast hiring risks.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand, Talent Operations, Compensation, and other People teams to deliver a consistent hiring experience.
• Build senior-leader partnerships and improve recruiting efficiency, scalability, process simplicity, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting, including hiring engineering and other technical roles at scale.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market.
• Experience developing and executing hiring strategies in new or emerging markets where recruiting infrastructure and talent networks are still being established.
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting data and market insights to shape hiring strategies and influence business decisions.
• Proven ability to lead recruiting teams through organizational growth and change while maintaining high performance and delivering hiring results.
