PR Account Manager, Professional Services

What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact for Professional Services accounts and manage client programs.
• Lead media strategy and outreach to secure earned placements across Professional Services outlets.
• Develop storylines, media materials, press releases, pitches, talking points, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Oversee PR campaigns, product launches, influencer partnerships, and media activations while ensuring strategic and creative alignment.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and manage deadlines, priorities, and budgets.
• Monitor media performance, prepare strategic reports, and use analytics to refine campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong background in Professional Services.
• Proven success developing and executing earned media strategies that generate meaningful coverage.
• Excellent writing, editing, and client communication skills.
• Strong organization and adaptability, with confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
