Senior Manager, Corporate Communications (SaaS)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 USD per year, plus a 15% annual bonus target and equity

What you will do

• Lead global public relations and media relations strategy, including earned media visibility and paid media programs.
• Translate company strategy, product innovation, research, and industry trends into communications opportunities.
• Build integrated communications plans for announcements, customer stories, executive visibility, events, product launches, and industry developments.
• Develop executive visibility programs, media pitches, press materials, contributed content, talking points, and media briefings.
• Establish repeatable internal communications practices, including leadership communications, newsletters, videos, and All Hands materials.
• Own LinkedIn and Instagram strategy and manage a Lead Analyst focused on internal communications and social media.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B technology, enterprise software, SaaS, or another complex, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success setting communications strategy and delivering earned and paid media results.
• Experience managing PR agencies and external partners.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, business acumen, judgment, and ability to explain complex technology and business concepts.
• Experience developing integrated communications programs that support company values and employee engagement.
