Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere with reasonable overlap with the team. Listed locations include Romania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Türkiye, the Philippines, Tunisia, Poland, Armenia, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.

What you will do

• Support the Product Director with product meetings, follow-ups, backlog grooming, story writing, and release tracking.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear and keep the backlog organized and sprint-ready.
• Track release progress across engineering and QA and communicate status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Create wireframes and mockups using AI design and prototyping tools while applying strong UI/UX judgment.
• Use Claude or ChatGPT to analyze data, close process gaps, and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience specifically in software or SaaS environments.
• Direct experience working on B2B SaaS products. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or intranet products is advantageous.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Linear or a similar agile tracking tool, GitHub, and Claude through the CLI and app, or comparable AI tooling.
• Strong design judgment, foundational knowledge of UI/UX workflows, and proven ability to produce mockups with AI-assisted tools.
• Solid technical background and strong familiarity with software development, including the ability to discuss APIs, web technologies, and architecture with engineers.
• Include the word “compass” in the application response.

Nice to have

• Deeper hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, or the Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystem.
• A Claude Code or Codex project to showcase and explain during the interview.
