hirify.global operates an eCommerce Development team that implements, tests, and builds on UX designs for partnered brands and website content.

What you will do

• Identify repetitive or manual processes where automation can improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Python-based automation scripts and practical tools.
• Validate platform functionality and performance through automated testing scripts.
• Review and enhance regression testing, reporting, and operational workflows with AI-assisted validation.
• Document processes, share knowledge, and develop broader business and commercial understanding.
• Explore AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, coding tools, and new technologies with experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Python and an interest in automation and scripting.
• Understanding of basic web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to APIs and an interest in systems integration.
• An analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Comfort working with data.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from others.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for developing new technical skills.
• Interest in AI and automation and curiosity about improving workflows with them.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL or experience with data analysis tools.
