Summer Associate - Customer Engagement Analytics

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters, or New York, New York / Princeton, New Jersey offices; 9-week in-person summer internship with hybrid office attendance required 2–3 days per week.

Salary: $35/hour, based on an expected 40-hour work week.

What you will do

• Support data-driven analytics solutions across customer engagement, HCP targeting, omnichannel activity, and promotional effectiveness.
• Analyze healthcare, customer, and promotional data to generate actionable insights.
• Support the development of analytical tools, frameworks, and standardized offerings.
• Assist with data validation and quality control.
• Develop client-ready materials and communicate key findings to project teams and clients.
• Work as an integral part of external project teams alongside colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Candidates requiring visa sponsorship, including TN, H-1B, F-1, or STEM OPT sponsorship, cannot be considered.
• Be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and demonstrate interest in the life sciences field.
• Have one year remaining in the degree program after completing the internship.
• Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate interest in life sciences or pharma analytics and in using data-driven solutions for commercial and marketing challenges.
• Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to translate data into clear business insights.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency or data science experience.
• Prior relevant internship or full-time experience.
