What you will do

• Provide friendly, patient, and solution-oriented inbound call support for WP Live customers.
• Guide customers through WordPress tasks, including plugin and theme setup, design adjustments, and website functionality troubleshooting.
• Consult with business owners to understand their goals and recommend improvements to website design, performance, and customer experience.
• Help small business owners build, manage, and grow their online presence.
• Share insights and develop technical skills within a community of WordPress professionals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, including the ability to create positive customer interactions by phone or through digital channels.
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn WordPress, plugins, themes, page builders, and modern website tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems with patience, clarity, and empathy.
• Ability to support customers ranging from first-time website owners to advanced users.

Nice to have

• Web hosting experience; training will be provided.
• Experience with internet tools, social media platforms, or small business environments.
• Previous WordPress experience, including plugins, themes, Elementor, Divi, or WordPress Block Builder.
