Social Media and Digital Executive (Hospitality)

Location: Mondrian Gold Coast, Gold Coast, Australia; onsite role with regular onsite content capture and weekend content creation.

What you will do

• Manage social media and create content for hotel and spa channels, including calendars, captions, publishing and community engagement.
• Capture and edit onsite photo and video content across guest rooms, spa treatments, events and weddings.
• Plan shoots, develop concepts, source styling props and direct staff or models.
• Build and optimise Meta and Google advertising campaigns, including static and video creative, budget allocation and performance monitoring.
• Create, segment and deploy EDM campaigns through Revinate.
• Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, traffic trends, competitor activity and weekly digital-channel results.

Requirements

• Hands-on onsite ownership of social media, digital content and campaigns across hospitality offerings.
• Regular onsite and weekend content creation across the property.
