What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy personalised email and SMS communications ushirify.global CRM and customer engagement platforms.
• Create and maintain sustainable, reusable communication templates and markethirify.global assets.
• Manage end-to-end communication builds, includhirify.global audience selection, dynamic content, data flows, and campaign execution.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective customer communications.
• Improve templates, processes, and platform best practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven HTML skills and experience buildhirify.global and maintainhirify.global email communications and markethirify.global assets.
• Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Marigold, Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Marketo, or similar.
• Strong organisation and delivery focus, with the ability to own workloads, prioritise effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong testhirify.global, QA, and problem-solvhirify.global capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zeta.
• SQL and analytical skills, includhirify.global the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
