Director of Procure-to-Pay Product Suite (AI)

Location: Spain; fully remote role within a global team

Base salary: €10,000–£128,000 plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite in line with business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing product management team.
• Own and scale the roadmap, integrating procurement and payment workflows to deliver measurable customer value.
• Use customer feedback, market trends, competitive insights, and data to make product decisions and set priorities.
• Deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership from ideation through launch.
• Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer conversations, leadership forums, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in Accounts Payable automation and Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable workflows, including the operational needs of AP teams and strategic priorities of CFOs.
• Hands-on experience building and bringing AI-powered products to market.
• Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive outcomes end to end and address challenges proactively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights.
• Strong commercial judgment balancing customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
• Proven experience leading and developing product teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills across peers and executive leadership.
