Salesforce Consultant with German (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements with business, IT, and management stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring communication and alignment.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, CRM strategy, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare solution and process documentation, facilitate knowledge transfer, and support long-term solution sustainability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystems.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above.

Nice to have

• Proven project experience supported by references.
• Ability to work in a client-facing role in an international environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-site activities when required.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or Tableau.
• Advanced German or above.
