Graduate Software Developer (SAP)

Location: Hybrid in Walldorf, Munich, Berlin, or Potsdam, Germany

What you will do

• Implement user stories and sprint tasks for Customer Portal, Document Management, and Monitoring modules.
• Support RAP- and CAP-based services on SAP Business Technology Platform and integrate them with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Assist with authentication, authorization, security, and role-based access requirements.
• Develop and configure low-code/no-code solutions and contribute to AI and Agentic AI use cases for document processing, validation, and automation.
• Perform unit testing and support quality assurance, documentation, and regression testing.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams while developing technical skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or expected graduation within the next few months.
• Foundational software development knowledge from university projects, internships, working student roles, or personal projects.
• Interest in cloud technologies and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and Agentic AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile team environment.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
