Enterprise Solution Architect (Cloud Networking)

Location: Wilmington, OH, United States; full-time onsite role.

Salary: $97,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to identify business objectives, technical requirements, deployment constraints, dependencies, and operational considerations.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, repeatable, and operationally executable ATC solutions and service offerings.
• Develop implementation methodologies, deployment standards, operational workflows, technical statements of work, solution documentation, and implementation guidance.
• Evaluate solution feasibility across enterprise networking, wireless, security, cloud, compute, virtualization, automation, and data center technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, account teams, solution engineers, vendors, and ATC operational teams as a technical advisor during engagements, workshops, solution reviews, and design discussions.
• Create reference architectures and best practices, support RFP/RFI and technical validation activities, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to strategic service development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience as a Technical Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Architect, Technical Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing technical advisory role.
• Expert-level ability to conduct technical discovery, gather customer requirements, identify dependencies and constraints, and translate customer intent into executable solution methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout solution development.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, wireless, SDN, SD-WAN, SASE, NAC, and network security frameworks.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise security solutions including firewalls, segmentation, identity services, secure access technologies, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience with enterprise platforms including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, HPE Juniper (Mist), Ubiquiti, Mako Networks, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Nautobot, Netbox, F5, and similar infrastructure solutions.
• Broad knowledge of cloud networking, virtualization, compute, storage, operating systems, load balancing, application delivery, and data center infrastructure.

Nice to have

• One or more certifications: SCCM, Azure, Microsoft 365, MCSE, Security+, CCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, JNCIS, or JNCIP.
