Operation Manager (m/f/d) (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid, Valencia, Spain; responsibility for a portfolio across the East region of Spain.

What you will do

• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of properties across eastern Spain, ensuring apartments function properly and meet quality and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement and long-term guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate on-site employees handling repairs, maintenance, improvements, service-level agreements, and property standards.
• Liaise with technical providers, contractors, landlords, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Align regional operational goals with company strategy and contractual obligations.
• Support pre-opening and go-live phases, including technical readiness and operational handover of new properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in operations, ideally coordinating external partners and managing day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Comfort with conflict resolution and daily coordination with landlords, suppliers, and demanding stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of a large and diverse region and ensure smooth, high-performing operations.
• Comfort using project management software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
