What you will do

• Contribute to day-to-day work and projects within assigned rotation teams.
• Rotate across functions such as Commercial, Engineering, Scientific, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
• Research topics, analyse information, and share findings that support team decisions.
• Take ownership of tasks, communicate progress, and ask for support when needed.
• Identify improvement opportunities, apply feedback, and build practical skills.

Requirements

• Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree.
• Interest in AI and its potential to improve healthcare and clinical research.
• Clear communication skills in English and availability to work from the Barcelona hub.
• Proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and taking responsibility.
• Flexibility to work across different teams and adapt to new tasks and priorities.

Nice to have

• Exposure to technology, healthcare, life sciences, or business through studies or personal interests.
• Academic projects, internships, volunteering, or extracurricular activities demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
• Experience using data, digital tools, or AI tools to explore a problem or build something useful.
