Outbound Team Leader (Logistics)

Location: Madrid, Spain; onsite work in logistics and fulfillment centers.

What you will do

• Supervise, motivate, and develop outbound associates while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Plan daily tasks and allocate people and resources to meet shipping targets and deadlines.
• Monitor pick rates, packing accuracy, shipping timelines, quality control, and other team KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize resource use.
• Resolve operational issues, conflicts, and performance concerns; conduct team meetings and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and transportation departments and report performance to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound logistics processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and quality control.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and other relevant logistics software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to operational needs.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
