HR Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, conduct timely employee investigations, and drive resolution of workplace issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities that promote a positive work environment.
• Support recruitment by posting openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including offer letters, orientation sessions, and required paperwork.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of HR experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
