Customer Solutions Architect (Test & Measurement)

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Design system architectures, applications, and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and organizational strategy.
• Analyze customer needs and develop technical concepts for new projects.
• Collaborate with Sales to define value propositions and sales strategies for high-value projects.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and present solutions to customers.
• Participate in project planning, technical risk assessment, customer meetings, and technology-related decision-making.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams in automation, electronics, software, mechanical engineering, production, quality, and procurement, while ensuring complete and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in electronics, automation and robotics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a technical position, such as systems engineering or electronics design.
• Very good knowledge of mechatronic system design, systems architecture, product development processes, and motion systems.
• Ability to use specialized engineering tools and systems architecture modeling tools.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the relevant industrial sector.
• Ability to present innovative technical solutions to clients.
• Strong communication and commercial skills in customer relations and internal network building.

Nice to have
