Manufacturing Engineer & Tulip Systems Analyst (Manufacturing Digitalization)

Location: Dzierzoniow, Poland; on-site, with work in office and manufacturing environments.

Monthly gross compensation: PLN 9,583.30–19,966.70.

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and improve Tulip applications, dashboards, data models, and operator workflows for manufacturing operations.
• Support integrations between Tulip and shop-floor equipment, including PLCs, torque screwdrivers, testers, scanners, and other production devices.
• Design, implement, document, and support API integrations between Tulip, M3, and other business systems.
• Gather operational requirements from production, engineering, quality, IT, and other stakeholders and translate them into digital solutions and process improvements.
• Investigate application, integration, equipment, and data issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive improvements.
• Maintain data quality and system reliability, prepare documentation and training materials, support local users, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and digital adoption across Poland operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing digitalization, MES, shop-floor applications, or industrial systems.
• Experience with machine and equipment integration, including PLCs, testers, torque tools, scanners, or comparable production equipment.
• Experience with API-based integrations, business-system integration, data models, dashboards, or manufacturing data management.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to understand manufacturing requirements and translate them into maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English and proficiency in Polish for effective support of local operations.
• Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments, move between production areas and workstations, interact with shop-floor equipment, and comply with site safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tulip, M3, APIs, databases, industrial communication technologies, or comparable manufacturing and integration platforms.
