Infrastructure Services Specialist

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for infrastructure services and resolve complex issues and inquiries.
• Assist with implementing infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Continuously monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Develop infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
• Apply technical knowledge, critical thinking, and established best practices to deliver reliable infrastructure services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Continuous learning and keeping current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+.
