Network SME (Data & Management Traffic Segregation)

Location: Hybrid, approximately 75% remote, based in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk or Gdynia, Poland.

Rate: Up to 130 PLN/h net on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Analyse NICs, IP addresses, VLANs, network zones, existing traffic flows, and complex network topologies.
• Validate data and management traffic with application and infrastructure teams.
• Identify backup, replication, and other workloads using management network paths.
• Define target network architecture, connectivity models, and migration strategies.
• Assess NIC port availability, network capacity, and infrastructure constraints.
• Support migration, troubleshoot connectivity issues, perform post-migration validation, and maintain network stability, performance, and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong experience with enterprise networking environments.
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, network segmentation, and IP networking.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure, data center, or network migration projects.
• Ability to analyse complex network topologies and traffic dependencies.
• Experience collaborating with application, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in cross-functional environments.
• Native Polish and fluent English.
