What you will do

• Own video ad creatives end to end, from briefs and concepts through AI generation, sound, editing, and delivery.
• Create gameplay-driven ads, narrative storytelling ads, scroll-stopping hooks, and reskins across the mobile game portfolio.
• Analyze ad performance data, market trends, and competitor creatives to develop stronger hooks, angles, and concepts.
• Maintain visual style guides, character rosters, quality standards, brand identity, and IP/copyright requirements in AI-generated output.
• Research and test emerging image, video, and audio models to improve creative workflows.
• Communicate clearly with teammates, Leads, and Creative Producers while taking ownership of deliverables and raising issues early.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical, professional video production experience, including shooting, animation, motion design, 3D, or editing complete productions.
• Hands-on experience with generative video and image platforms such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana 2, ChatGPT Image 2, or similar.
• Ability to translate shot types, lenses, camera movements, lighting, and action beats into precise AI generations.
• Strong command of After Effects for compositing, stitching shots, quick fixes, layers, masking, tracking, and color; Premiere for editing; and Photoshop for art and image work.
• Strong understanding of story, timing, emotion, color, composition, lighting, and anatomy, with the ability to identify and correct imperfections in AI outputs.
• Ability to adapt quickly as tools evolve, solve problems independently, manage work without waiting for instructions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership of deliverables and clear, open communication with teammates, Leads, and Creative Producers.

Nice to have

• Experience building custom node-based AI pipelines in ComfyUI.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or basic scripting in Python, JavaScript, or ExtendScript.
• Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya and experience integrating 3D assets into AI pipelines.
• Ability to create mock gameplay, game UI, and interactive mechanics using AI generation and After Effects motion graphics.
• Experience with UA video ads or marketing creatives for mobile games.
