Video Artist (Video Editing/3D)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office and up to 2 months per year of full remote work from anywhere.

What you will do

• Produce high-quality trailers, promotional videos, and performance ads for games across app stores, gaming platforms, social media, and advertising channels.
• Take ownership of video production from concept development through final delivery, including capturing footage from game engines or builds.
• Create and modify 3D scenes, models, and animations using existing assets; add sound effects, music, text, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Adapt, compress, encode, and format videos for web, social media, and other distribution channels.
• Incorporate feedback from marketing, legal, licensing, leads, clients, and internal teams while meeting creative briefs and deadlines.
• Maintain the video asset library, monitor ad performance, and contribute recommendations, creative ideas, and new formats.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in motion design, video editing, and video content creation.
• Extensive experience with video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, particularly Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Very good knowledge of one or more 3D software tools, such as Blender, 3DS Max, or Maya, plus general knowledge of 3D rendering, processing, and animation.
• Previous experience with Unity and Unreal Engine.
• 2D skills or experience.
• An online portfolio or demo reel must be included with the application.
• Ability to independently manage the creative process from asset preparation to final delivery while following a creative brief, managing competing deadlines, and maintaining strong artistic and quality standards.
• Passion for video games, willingness to learn game-engine content manipulation, creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and interest in new techniques and industry trends.
