What you will do

• Concept, produce, and star in content that brings hirify.global products and features to life.
• Create product demos, creative experiments, social videos, tutorials, and story-led content for designers, filmmakers, editors, and other creators.
• Own the creative process from initial idea through writing, filming, presenting, editing, and final delivery.
• Experiment with new techniques, creative tools, and AI to develop fresh content.
• Use strong creative judgment to make content that entertains, inspires, and helps other creatives improve their work.

Requirements

• Strong video production and editing skills, with a strong eye for visual craft.
• Comfort and confidence both behind and in front of the camera, with a natural on-camera presence.
• Experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Confident use of AI in the creative process and enthusiasm for its potential to improve creative work.
• Understanding of social content, including finding interesting angles, telling strong stories, and creating fresh work rather than copying trends.
• Creative curiosity, personality, strong craft, and the ability to make content audiences want to watch.
• Application must include one piece of content demonstrating creative taste, ideas, and capability, plus content showing personality and audience connection on camera; the same piece may be used.
