Senior Technology Delivery Analyst (AI)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Hybrid work is required, with colleagues expected to work in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Support governance forums and architecture reviews by coordinating agendas, materials, attendees, decision records, approval documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Track architecture decisions, risks, security requirements, costs, approval conditions, data residency, compliance requirements, and stakeholder actions through closure.
• Coordinate third-party AI vendor onboarding, assessments, procurement, security and governance approvals, exception processes, access requests, ServiceNow tickets, SharePoint requests, and intake confirmations.
• Support enterprise AI tool deployment, user education, best-practice guidance, usage monitoring, configuration changes, and cost optimization.
• Produce operational reporting from ServiceNow metrics, ticket volumes, adoption and usage data, and own the daily operational queue.
• Coordinate leadership, PMO, product, engineering, security, architecture, platform, delivery, vendor, and Build team stakeholders, providing PMO coverage when needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technology delivery, governance, PMO, or technology operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting technology governance or architecture review processes in a complex enterprise environment, ideally in professional services or consulting.
• Ability to turn technical discussions into executive-ready documentation, meeting summaries, decision records, action registers, and risk assessments.
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills, including management of a high-volume operational queue.
• Experience with technology onboarding, compliance, or access management, including security and procurement reviews.
• Working knowledge of reporting and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, with the ability to extract and interpret operational metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with senior stakeholders, PMs, and technical teams.
• Ability to absorb institutional knowledge rapidly, work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, and apply strong analytical and research skills to technology and client-facing impact.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience and familiarity with the pace, stakeholder complexity, and commercial pressures of professional services.
• Knowledge of Marsh infrastructure and processes, or the ability to acquire it rapidly.
• Exposure to AI tools and platforms, large language models, AI governance frameworks, or enterprise AI onboarding.
• Hands-on familiarity with SIEM, OKTA, SCIM, or similar enterprise security and identity tools.
• Experience in an Agile delivery environment, including sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and ADO or similar tools.
