Product Owner - Secure Service Edge (Cybersecurity)

Location: Katowice (Zabrska 19), Poland

Salary: 17,300–33,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Manage the product portfolio and lifecycle for Secure Service Edge and related security capabilities.
• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, standards, and security guardrails.
• Prioritize features based on security, business, regulatory, compliance, availability, and scalability requirements.
• Drive implementation and adoption of SSE capabilities across the organization.
• Coordinate integration with endpoint, network, identity, and other security capabilities.
• Manage stakeholders, product backlog, and actionable initiatives across countries, organizational units, engineering teams, and security stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience managing cybersecurity products or services.
• Strong background in Secure Service Edge, network security, and endpoint security.
• Understanding of secure internet access, private application access, data protection, and threat prevention.
• Understanding of software engineering concepts and security platform integration.
• Experience working in complex and international team setups.
• Ability to drive innovation and cooperation across engineering, security, and business teams.
• Ability to operate effectively when priorities change or unexpected situations arise, and to adapt ways of working to changing requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including connecting technical and business requirements and translating them into appropriate solutions.
• Openness to international travel.
• English level: C1.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSE/SASE platforms.
• Experience with SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and cloud-based security controls.
• Project or Product Management experience.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security concepts.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and backlog management.
• Experience working in large international organizations and regulated environments.
