Senior Product Manager (Fintech Platform)

Location: Hybrid, Kraków, Poland

Building a large-scale fintech platform from the ground up for millions of users, combining e-commerce, logistics, and financial services.

What you will do

• Define and own product vision, goals, roadmap, and KPIs for a portfolio or critical product line.
• Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and iterate products based on feedback and performance results.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in fintech, e-commerce, financial services, or a related technology-driven industry.
• Proven experience launching and managing products, with strong product management knowledge.
• Experience with data analysis tools and Agile and/or Lean environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Fluent English and Polish required.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, analysis, or prototyping, with the ability to critically evaluate their outputs.

Nice to have

• Experience with BNPL products.
• Familiarity with payment and lending regulations such as PSD2 and consumer credit requirements.
• Professional certifications in Agile, UX, Cloud, PMP, or ITIL.
