Automation Engineer (UiPath)

What you will do

• Lead automation projects and design, build, deliver, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Automate business requirements by creating tasks, schedules, and managing RPA bots in line with architecture standards, best practices, and delivery SLAs.
• Collaborate with business managers, process owners, IT, end-users, and development teams to analyze workflows, define use cases, and refine task-management tools.
• Develop quality-control policies, RPA team frameworks, policy documents, and process documentation.
• Lead automation technology demonstrations for sales and client-update presentations and communicate project status and high-priority changes to stakeholders.
• Perform security reviews, maintain automation security controls, and ensure compliant use and protection of PHI under HIPAA policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience using UiPath RPA automation development tools.
• Experience with customer support and client issue-resolution management.
• Strong understanding of SQL data work, database operations, workflow design principles, and automation troubleshooting.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and creative decision-making abilities.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors, escalate priority issues, and manage multiple complex, high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• High integrity, dependability, sense of urgency, and results orientation.
• Ability to understand and comply with information-security and HIPAA policies, limit PHI access to the minimum necessary, and use, protect, and disclose PHI according to HIPAA standards.
