Engineering Team Lead (Identity Verification)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers working across multiple technology stacks.
• Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of complex SaaS features across backend, web, and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data Science to deliver product impact.
• Oversee production systems in high-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Champion engineering best practices and foster a can-do culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer and 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern web stacks, including React, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven experience leading projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for building systems that scale and perform.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, AI, or computer vision.
