Business Development Manager - Buying (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Coordinate projects by understanding the roles and systems of different teams.
• Lead strategic and operational cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of goals.
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives driven by Directors.
• Conduct complex analyses and independent research to support project decisions and planning.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities to improve business growth and profitability.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and steer projects effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of practical experience in strategy and business development or project management, ideally in a leading management consultancy; start-up experience is optional.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good analytical skills and strong numerical understanding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment with a strong, hands-on mindset.
• Quick comprehension and a structured way of working.
