Sales Consultant UAE (LED Lighting)

Location: Dubai, UAE; hybrid schedule with onsite work and Saturday work from home. Current UAE residency and a valid UAE driving license are required. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM; Sunday is off.

What you will do

• Identify and research potential markets, prospects, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
• Generate outbound leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to present hirify.global lighting products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with leads, and ensure clear communication throughout the client journey.
• Prepare sales performance and lead progress reports.
• Provide market and sales insights to support strategic business development decisions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in the lighting industry.
• Valid UAE driving license and current UAE residency.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Dialux and AutoCAD.
