Software (DevOps) Engineer (DeFi)

Location: Remote; Europe preferred; European time zone preferred

Salary: USD $60,000–$80,000 base salary per year

hirify.global is hiring for a confidential digital asset firm building institutional infrastructure across DeFi.

What you will do

• Own the dashboards and risk management system end to end, starting with the risk management system.
• Assess AI-generated code and decide what to refactor, rebuild, or leave unchanged.
• Connect systems to a single source of truth for position, market, and risk data.
• Add testing, CI/CD, and development, staging, and production environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting and flag suspicious or incorrect numbers.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree with strong knowledge of data structures and databases.
• 2–5 years of software engineering experience, with Python as the primary language and Node.js as a secondary language.
• Ability to read, refactor, and own AI-generated code, with daily use of AI coding tools.
• Experience with databases, REST and WebSocket APIs, CI/CD, and development, staging, and production environments.
• Strong skills in financial data presentation.

Nice to have

• Crypto or digital asset experience.
• Experience with financial dashboards, trading systems, or risk systems.
• DevOps or SRE orientation.
