Senior AppSupport Engineer (DevOps, Python, AI)

What you will do

• Monitor production applications and cloud environments for performance, reliability, and availability issues.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service recovery.
• Debug application code, implement technical fixes, and apply hotfixes.
• Investigate system behavior using monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Support cloud infrastructure, containerized environments, and CI/CD processes.
• Provide technical guidance, maintain troubleshooting documentation, and communicate incident findings to clients and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with 3+ years working with Python, including FastAPI, SQLAlchemy 2, Pydantic, and pytest.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Alembic migrations, and Temporal workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LiteLLM, AI evaluation workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with React and TypeScript, including Vite, Tailwind CSS, Zod, Vitest, and Playwright.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Google Cloud Platform, GKE, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Upper-Intermediate English is required for communication in a cross-functional team.
