Medical Underwriting Assistant (RNs) | North America Shift (Insurance)

Location: Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines, or Taguig City, Philippines. North America shift.

What you will do

• Underwrite new business and renewals within specified guidelines and authority levels.
• Manage renewal portfolios and new business targets while supporting retention, growth, and profitability.
• Monitor and comply with underwriting standards, procedures, and processes.
• Provide timely, professional service and problem-solving solutions to customers and intermediaries.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, colleagues, business partners, and Assistant Underwriters.
• Develop knowledge of legislation, best practices, underwriting, systems, products, and organisational guidelines.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Nice to have

• Moderate experience in insurance sales.
• Work experience in the insurance industry.
• Underwriting experience.
